Alista football leagues Terms, conditions and rules.
Payment and fines
• As the team manager, you are making a commitment to fulfil all of your organised fixtures for the 2008 season.
• As the team manager I am responsible for collecting all owed money and match fees before any fixture.
• My team shall pay £25 per match we play. (This must be paid in full before game starts)
• If my team misses 2 games without sufficient notice, we could be removed from the league. Alista will have final say on this matter.
• If my team fails to give 7 days notice on not being able to make a fixture, my team will incur a £25 fine (which is due the following week along with normal £25 match fee) and my team will also lose 10-0.
• Team who’s game has been cancelled must show up as usual and play friendly to get 3 points and 10-0 win (charged at £20)
(your team will get 3 points regardless of friendly result)
• If team refuses to play friendly - Fixture will be replayed.
• If a team gives us at least 7 days notice, we will re arrange their game.
• All teams must be willing to play 2 games on one night if required -
This will happen if we need to catch up with any un played fixtures ( a match fee of £50 will be due)
• Alista reserve the right to award the opposition points if they feel a team is too late and the match is un playable.
• We ask all teams to try and arrive at least 10 minutes before their game
• Yellow cards will be charged at £5.00 and Red cards will be charged at £12.50
(Fines must be paid the following week to an Alista member of staff)
• Yellow and red cards that are not paid the following week will incur a £2.50 increase each week the fine remains unsettled with Alista.(this fine will be added on the first night it is due)
• Your team will be responsible for any player’s fine if he leaves your team or refuses to pay.
• Red cards also result in a standard one match ban, however Alista staff reserve the right to increase any ban by however many
weeks they feel is necessary.
• All new players that sign on for a team once the season has began must pay a fee of £6.00 to Alista (players CAN be signed on, the night)
• If a team withdraws from the league during any stage of the season they shall incur a £100 fine
If the team wanting to withdraw can find Alista a replacement team, only a £50 fine will apply.
• Alista reserves the right to cancel any game or match night at any time. All team will be notified if this happens
• If a team changes their manager, Alista must be informed in writing before their next fixture with the new manager.
• New players can NOT be signed on for any Alista finals/cup night. All players must have played 2 weeks prior to the finals in order to be eligible for play. However Alista staff will have the final say on this matter.
• No player shall play for 2 teams unless the situation below occurs.
• Teams who are short on players can loan any other player from any team, providing their opposition gives consent. A maximum of 2 players can be loaned to a team to make up the required 5 players. Alista staff have the final say on who can and cannot play.
• Teams can sign on 15 players but can only play a maximum of 10 players on one match night.
