Me and the guys i have in mind aren't exactly premier league standard, can we still get involved?
- Alista encourage all ages (16+) and abilities to enter our leagues. The standard of football goes right across the board.
Q.
How many teams per league?
- This all depends on how many teams we have enter that particular league. We normally like to start with one league of 8 to 12 and as the number of teams grow the following season, we endeavor to add a second league so a promotion relegation system can be introduced.

I want to enter a team, how much is it going to cost?
- Its costs £10 to enter a team. This Affiliates your team with the FA (This fee msut be paid yearly) It costs £25 per match, this is obviously split between your team mates - that's Just over £3.50 each for a team of 7

Are the leagues well organized?
- Organization is key to a successful 5 a side league, every day we are perfecting the way in which our leagues run. We have qualified refs who watch over every game and in most cases they will be collecting your match fee. We try our very best to get games started on time. Bibs are available for teams without a kit and we try and provide ball boys at most of our leagues to ensure no waiting around.

How long does each season last?
- Normally teams will play each other twice resulting in a season lasting approximately 14 - 20 weeks.

How long are the games?
- All games are 15 minutes each way

How many players can i sign on?
- Teams can sign on 15 players but can only play 10 maximum in one game

How many subs can we make?
- Substitutions are unlimited, allowing you to roll players on and off providing you have informed the referee.

Can we choose what time we play?
- You cannot choose the time you play, but you may inform us of a time which may suit your team better.

what do we need to bring with us on a match night?
- Your match fees, Shinpads (these must be worn or Alista can refuse you to play), appropriate footwear - normally astro or flat bottomed trainers. Some venues do allow moulded studs - please contact us for more information

Are there changing facilities
- Some venues will have changing facilities and others will not, please contact us to find out if the league you are interested in does or not.

So after the season what happens?
- Don't worry, it's not " see you next time, and well done!" - Teams work hard for enjoyment, personal pleasure but most importantly recognition of their grafting!> Alista setup a presentation night at the end of every season, you can expect trophies, medals, prizes and definitely a great night out.

Is there a cup competition?
- We try and organise a cup competiton in every league. This normally consists of a knockout format or even winner stays on!
